Greetings,
On behalf of the faculty, staff, and the entire Pebblebrook High School community, I extend a heartfelt welcome to the CCCEPA family.
The Cobb County Center for Excellence in the Performing Arts (CCCEPA) was founded to provide advanced and rigorous fine arts training for highly motivated students who possess exceptional talent, a deep passion for the arts, and the character traits that reflect the values of CCCEPA. Our program offers specialized instruction in vocal music, drama, dance, and technical theatre, all while maintaining a challenging academic curriculum in core subjects.
The academic program at Pebblebrook High School offers a comprehensive high school education, with ample opportunities for CCCEPA students to engage in Advanced Placement (AP), Dual Enrollment, and Honors courses, alongside their conservatory-level fine arts training. This combination prepares our students for collegiate and professional pursuits beyond high school.
As a CCCEPA student, you will be immersed in a wealth of experiences designed to foster both your academic and artistic growth. These include collaborations with guest teaching artists, participation in master classes and workshops, cross-disciplinary projects, and the development of skills in arts-related business management.
This handbook contains essential information about the CCCEPA program, along with specific details on requirements for students and parents in each discipline. It is vital that both students and parents carefully review this handbook, as well as any relevant departmental handbooks, to fully understand the expectations of the program and each area of study.
We are excited to support you on your journey, and we look forward to seeing you flourish in both your academic and artistic pursuits. Please familiarize yourself with our CCCEPA Handbook guidelines below.
Sincerely,
Robert John Connor, MFA
